KISSINGER: "I would like to express the sadness we all felt about the circumstances that brought about the necessity of this occasion -- of dealing with a new Foreign Minister, though it was a great privileges and pleasure for me to met the new Foreign Minister, and though we established a very good relationship. The talks with the Foreign Minister were as warm and as frank and as constructive as has been characteristic of the relationship between our two countries."
