    THE MEN AND WOMEN, REPRESENTING ALL TRADE UNIONS IN THE SUDAN, MARCHED ON THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS BUILDING WHERE THEY WERE ADDRESSED BY THE PRIME MINISTER, MOHAMED AHMED MAHGOUB.

    THE PRIME MINISTER ANNOUNCED YESTERDAY THAT SUDANESE TROOPS WILL LEAVE FOR CAIRO EARLY NEXT WEEK TO JOIN EGYPTIAN TROOPS PREPARING FOR POSSIBLE BATTLE WITH ISRAEL.

    AND ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE SUDANESE GOVERNMENT: SHIPS REFUSED ENTRY TO THE BLOCKADED GULF OF AQABA AND WHICH SEEK REFUGE IN PORT SUDAN, ABOUT HALF-WAY UP THE RED SEA, WILL BE CONFISCATED.
