    THE DEMONSTRATORS CARRIED PLACARDS READING "U.S. ASSASSINS", "PEACE IN VIETNAM" AND "U.S. GO HOME." THE DEMONSTRATION WAS ARRANGED FOR HUMAN RIGHTS DAY - THE 18TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION ON HUMAN RIGHTS.

    A RALLY WAS HELD DURING WHICH A YOUNG WOMAN TOLD THE DEMONSTRATORS OF MALTREATMENT SHE ALLEGED HER HUSBAND HAD RECEIVED AS A PRISONER OF WAR IN SOUTH VIETNAM.
