    TRANSCRIPT: GENERAL ANKRAH: "THE TROUBLE WITH SOME OF US IS THAT WE LACK THE MORAL COURAGE TO COME FORWARD WITH INFORMATION WHICH MAY BE ASSISTANCE TO THE AUTHORITIES IN TRACKING DOWN OFFENDERS WHO FOR INVESTIGATING ALL CASES OF CRIME AND SUBVERSION. THE POLICE AND THE SECURITY SERVICES OF THIS COUNTRY ARE HUMAN ORGANISATIONS AND THEIR SUCCESS WILL DEPEND ON THE PUBLIC SPIRITEDNESS AND SENSE OF CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR OWN PEOPLE. THIS WILL ELIMINATE AND ERADICATE FROM AMONGST US ALL THOSE VICIOUS (INAUDIBLE) IF ONLY WE HAVE COURAGE ENOUGH TO COME FORWARD AND PROVE TO THE AUTHORITIES WHAT ALLEGATIONS WE HAVE AGAINST ONE ANOTHER."
