    At a news conference in London, the Reverend Ndabaningi Sithole has again reinforced hi belief in the Anglo/American proposals for peace in Rhodesia. Reverend Sithole said that an 'internal settlement', suggested by Prime Minister Ian Smith, has no chance of bringing stability. His comments came only days before British envoy, Lord Carver, and the United Nations representative, General Prem Chand, were due for talks in Rhodesia. The Reverend Sithole, who is leader of the African National Council, also spoke of future relations with South Africa and expressed fear that this country could be landlocked by the South African government.
