    The largest contract so far for delivery of machinery from any Western state, worth 80 million crowns, was concluded on May 25 at the Jalta Hotel by the foreign trade corporation Strojimport in Prague.

    The contract concerns supply and assembly of equipment for the production of liquid ammonia and urea with a capacity of 300 tons per day.

    The deal is between Strojimport and Messrs. Power-Gas, Stockton-on-Tees, Great Britain.

    Supply of the equipment is connected with a long-term loan and it will be delivered in 1966. Prior to the contract, tenders were submitted by a number of British, Italian, French and Dutch firms.

    The contract was signed by the general manager of Strojimport Mr. Premysl Strougal and by the general manager of the British firm The Power-Gas, Mr. Robert Wilkinson Rutherford.

    The equipment will be installed in the Duslo works in Sala and will serve the requirements of Czechoslovak agriculture.
