    VISNEWS was at St. Moritz Feb 6 to film some of the world bob-sleigh champions taking part in the skeleton Cresta Run.

    Second in the run Nino Bibbia of Italy and Robert Kuderli of Switzerland, who both completed the heats in 30.7 seconds.

    Flight-Lieutenant Colin Mitchell (32) of the Royal Air Force from Little Common, Sussex, U.K., came first with a time of 305.6 seconds for the six heats.

    The Cresta Run a British "invention" was built by British sportsmen, who for many years retained the monopoly in skeleton championships.

    (On Feb 9 the Baron Oetzen Cup for the Cresta Run was won by G.N. Corelle (United States). Flt.Lt.C.Mitchell came second with the fastest time of the day - 57 secs).
