    FOUR HOURS LATER, SHE STEAMED INTO THE EASTERN ANCHORAGE OF THE SINGAPORE HARBOUR - WITH HER MASTER, CAPTAIN K.G.BLACK.

    THE 'WOODBURN', MEANWHILE, WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE SINGAPORE TILL SHE HAD BEEN GRANTED A NEW CERTIFICATE OF SEA WORTHINESS.
