TRANSCRIPT: (SEQ. 3): TUN RAZAK: "As I said many times on this matter, the whole issue depends on the attitude of the big so called powers, of China, of United States and Russia. Now it depends largely on attitude of China and United States. We are happy with the latest development that there's a possibility of change in policy on the part of the United States and we hope that the two countries can have a dialogue in which case it would be possible to discuss this position of South East Asia. We would like South East Asia to be free from interferences of all three powers and we don't want to be made the balance of big power conflict. And we feel that if we can be declared a neutral zone then we can be free from big powers conflict.
