Background: Snow fell for the second time in Jerusalem this morning and only for the first time did the snow stay for a while, As people were cleaning their cars and police-women crowded together as they were braving the cold on the way to Jaffa Gate Police station, tourists nevertheless continued with their sightseeing tours to the Temple Mount to visit the Dome of the Rock, whilst only a few people braved the weather on the uncovered part of the Wailing Wall. But the hills of Jerusalem slowly put on their white dress.
