    The long awaited and disputed last will of the late Liberian President, William Tubman was finally read, presented and probated in the Temple of Justice in Monrovia on Wednesday (29 September). Earlier after a disagreement between two administrators of the estate, Judge Victor Stryker appointed a commission of three auditors to handle the estate and apportion it. At that time, the Judge also ordered the court clerk to post notices about the probation is some of Liberia's countries.     SYNOPSIS: In the Temple of Justice in Monrovia, Liberia, the long awaited and disputed last will of the late Liberian President, William Tubman was read, presented and probated. The court met on Wednesday. President Tub man died last July in London.

    Liberian President Tolbert was present at the hearing that was administrated by Judge Victor Stryker. Also present was the late president's son, Senator William Tubman, Junior.

    As the proceedings were in process and witnesses were called to the stand, the executor of the estate, and widow of the late President, Mrs. Tolbert watched.

    Mr. Tubman's will and testament have been in dispute for over a month. The two administrators assigned to the case were previously unable to come to any agreement. But they finally reached an accord during Wednesday's session.

    As a result of the agreement, Mrs. Tubman and her son were finally granted permission by the court to take possession of the will and testament.

    They signed each of the legal documents settling the month long dispute in the Probate Court.

    After the probate matter was settled in the Temple of Justice, President Tolbert left the building to set out for his daily chores as the administrator of Liberia. He will be inaugurated as President next year.
