    FILMED ARE THE THREE MINISTERS - MALAYSIA'S DEPUTY PREMIER TUN ABDUL RAZAK, FOREIGN MINISTER DR. SUBANDRIO OF INDONESIA, AND FOREIGN SECRETARY SALVADOR LOPEZ OF THE PHILIPPINES - TALKING TO NEWSMEN AFTER THE OPENING SESSION OF THE TALKS ON THURSDAY.

    THE TALKS - HELD AT THE HOUSE OF THAI FOREIGN MINISTER TUN THANAT KHOMAN - ADJOURNED WITH MINSTERS REACHING "SOME MEASURE" OF AGREEMENT ON PRINCIPLES FOR MAKING A CEASEFIRE EFFECTIVE IN BORNEO.

    EARLIER, THE MINISTERS HAD CABLED UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL U THANT, ASKING HIM TO DESIGNATE THAILAND AS SUPERVISOR OF THE BORNEO CEASEFIRE.

    MAJOR POINTS NOW AT ISSUE ARE BELIEVED TO BE RECOGNITION OF MALAYSIA, THE FATE OF INDONESIAN-BACKED GUERRILLAS IN SABAH (NORTH BORNEO) AND BRITISH PRESENCE IN MALAYSIA.
