  • Description

Scientists of the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) at the NASA research centre in Cleveland, Ohio, have been testing a new type of solar-energy receiving panel with good results. The new panels are made of electroplated black chrome. The experts have found that this material does not re-radiate the sun's energy back into the cold sky and increases the solar panel's efficiency by thirty percent. Further, the new type of panel costs no more than the old ones. One of the NASA scientists, Glen McDonald, tells about the device.
