TOWEEL: "In the past 18 months he's come on tremendously. I, I should think he's one of the most dangerous heavyweights in the world today, besides anyone in the top ton. He does resemble Marciano in style, maybe hot in looks, but in style. And I firmly believed that he will win the world title. If he doesn't take it by the end of the year, he's got years ahead to take that title. But take it he will".

Background: White South African heavyweight boxing champion, Mike Schutte, has been reported as the next contender for Muhammad Ali's world title.
Reuters report that Schutte has been offered a title fight with Ali, to be staged in Munich, West Germany, within 90 days.
Schutte's trainer, Alan Toweel, told Visnews Sports Editor Neil Mallard, that nothing had been signed so far but he was hopeful that the bout would go ahead.
Schutte is virtually unknown outside his home country. He is a full-time professional who has had 36 fights, winning 321 of them - 22 by knockout.
He greatly resembles the former world champion, Rocky Marciano, in stature and style and Toweel rates him as one of the "most dangerous boxers in the world".
Toweel has been told that Ali is keen to fight Schutte to prove that the black people's champion can defeat the champion of a "racist country".
