    In London, the Black Rhodesian nationalist leader, Reverend Ndabaningi Sithole, has opened a new campaign to win foreign acceptance of the internal independence agreement reached with the White Rhodesian Government of prime Minister, Mr. Ian Smith. Reverend Sithole introduced, to a news conference, his just-published book "In defence of the Constitutional Agreement" and said copies of it would be distributed to members of the British Parliament, the United Nations and United States Congress. He said the 10-week-old agreement was here to stay.
