Minister of Energy Yitzach Modaii and three other Ministers (Ariel Sharon, Agriculture; Zevulun Hammer, Education, Haim Laundau, minister without portfolio) think it best that the government begin the negotiations with Egypt anew.
In this interview Minister of Energy Yitzach Modaii says; If any agreements that were reached after Camp David do not hold than I believe that Israel should insist that unless the 4 parties come together there cannot be any further negotiations. The Egyptians the Israeli's and the Americans were all in agreement to the verb?? description that was reached in November 11 document. The Israeli's had certain reservations to the clause in the preamble in reference to the Gaza strip the Israeli-Egyptian border. However, the Carter administration stressed that the November 11, agreement can't be changed not even one world of it.
