    THE DISPUTE BETWEEN THE TWO ARAB ORGANISATIONS RESULTED WHEN THE PALESTINIAN ARMED STRUGGLE COMMAND PUT OUT A STATEMENT THAT FATAH COMMANDOS WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXPLOSION.
