Five weeks ago, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Seaford packed three suitcases and told the Dutch nannies they were going on a "business trip". Two of their children, twins Broderick and Nigel are only 15 months old. The others are Maria, 12 and Victor, ten. The two Dutch girls, 21-year-old Ida Kockkock and Willy Krevze, 18, joined the Seafords when they lived in Hartley Hill, London, last September they moved with the family to Enniskerry.

A week after the Seafords left, Ida and Willy received a letter from them postmarked in Middlesex, UK. asking how the children were. It contained no address, and the girls have no idea where the Seafords are.

Now they are without money and owe GBP50 to village traders for food. Their credit can no longer be extended -- and the girls are anxious about he children's future. They intend to stay with the youngsters as long as they can afford to look after them. The case is being investigated by the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Meanwhile -- the appeal goes out to the Seaford's to return -- before the children are taken away to a home.
