It has since been announced that Cameroun's official withdrawal from Air Afrique will take effect from September 1st this year.

The remaining states which hold joint ownership of Air Afrique are the Ivory Coast, Central African Republic, Upper Volta, Niger, Mauritania Dahomey, Congo-Brazzaville, Gabon, Senegal, Togo, and Chad.
