    The two envoys, sent by President Anwar Sadat of Egypt and King Feisal of Saudi Arabia, carried a joint message from their heads of state to King Hussein. The message was officially described as relating to "the Arab struggle towards retrieving the occupied Arab territory and Jordan's role in this struggle."
    The two emissaries--Mr. Omar Al'Saqqaf, the Saudi Arabian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Hassan Al-Kholy, President Sadat's personal representative, had visited the Syrian capital of Damascus for two days before their arrival in Amman.

    SYNOPSIS: Special envoys from the United Arab Republic and Saudi Arabia arrived in the Jordanian capital of Amman on Monday for special talks aimed at unifying Arab action against Israel. The envoys--Mr. Omar Al'Saqqaf, Saudi Arabian Minister of State for foreign Affairs, and Dr. Hassan Sabry Al-Kholy, President Sadat's personal representative, are to have talks with Jordanian officials.

    One of their first meetings was with the Jordanian Prime Minister, Wasfi Tell.

    Before arriving in Amman, the two men had visited Damascus for two days. Mr. Al'Saqqaf described the mission as one of reconciliation between brothers and promised that all concerned would do their best.
