CHILE Chilean expedition sets out with President Videla to lands claimed by Chile. First call at "Discovery Bay" Goes ashore and inspects the base. Then on to Graham Land accompanied by wife and family. Base had been established named after General o'Higgens - liberator of Chile and Peru. After inaugurating the base, Pres.
