    THE IATA GROUP, INCLUDING DIRECTOR-GENERAL ??? AND DELEGATES OF FOREIGN AIRLINES, EXPRESSED THE CONCERN IN A MEETING WITH OFFICIALS OF THE TRANSPORT MINISTRY AND THE TOKYO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY AT THE MINISTRY BUILDING.

    THE JAPANESE OFFICIALS EXPLAINED THEY WERE MAKING UTMOST EFFORTS TO ??? SAFETY IN THE NEW AIRPORT.

    THOUGH APPRECIATING THE JAPANESE EFFORTS, THE IATA DELEGATES SAID THEY STILL HAD APPREHENSIONS ABOUT POSSIBLE RADICAL ACTIVITIES THERE AND PUT DETAILED QUESTIONS TO THE JAPANESE OFFICIALS.

    THE IATA GROUP ALSO EXPRESSED APPREHENSION ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE PROVISIONAL FUEL TRANSPORT BY RAIL TO THE NEW AIRPORT.
