Among the main decisions of the Arab Summit conference , there was a decision of diverting the local river which falls in Jordan river, starting by diverting Yermouk river which runs through Syria and Jordan. The diverting will take place by building a dam near the Jordanian/Syrian Borders. The dam will of 90 metres height, maximum length 1200 metres, to form a lake of 300 millions cc. The constructions at this Moukheiba Dam will start within the next four months when the final studies will be completed by YUGO-shavian company which are concerned.
Mr. Hashim Jayousy-the acting prime Minister, accompanied by Ministers of: Agriculture, Economic, information, finance, also by Syrian Experts and Arab Ambassadors, paid yesterday an inspection visit to the area of the project and witnessed the location which will be covered by the lake water. The area to become a lake is indicated by red flags. The project of 11 million JD.

The Dam known by Ziglab Valley Dam, and famously know by the lowest dam on earth as after been completed it will remain 150 metres below the sea level. One million and quarter a million cubic meters of sands and stones will be used to fill the space between the mountains (Ziglab Valley) in a pyramides looking of 48 height. This resistance wall will be gathering the water of Ziglab natural springs and streams together with the rain water to create a lake of eight million cc. and a great power of electricity. The natural springs and streams of Ziglab Valley have been already diverted to a recently built tunnel in order to control it. Army and civilians are working in day and night shifts to complete the project in time.
