Background: A plenary session of the Central Committee of the Czechoslovakian Communist Party was held in Prague on Thursday (24 April).
Among those speaking at the session were the first Secretary of the central committee, Doctor Gustav Husak and the Prime Minister, Doctor Lubomir Strougal.
The session was organised by Doctor Strougal.
Then it was Doctor Husak's turn to take the floor he spoke of proposed provisions to be taken in the sphere of social politic and of the development of working initiative.
