    MORE THAN 500 DELEGATES FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD ARE ATTENDING THE CONGRESS -- ORGANISED BY THE SECRETARIAT-GENERAL OF THE LEAGUE OF ARAB STATES -- WHICH WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY.

    DISCUSSIONS HAVE BEEN DIVIDED INTO THREE SECTIONS: ECONOMIC, PRODUCTION AND INDUSTRIALIZATION.THERE WILL BE THREE GENERAL DEBATES ON ROYALTIES AND PROFITS, CONTROL OF PRODUCTION, AND PETRO-CHEMICALS.THE TWO SPEAKERS ON FILM ARE MR RAFIK NAJA, THE LEBANESE ECONOMICS MINISTER WHO OPENED THE CONGRESS, AND MR DURAICY, ACTING SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE ARAB LEAGUE.
