    Dutch Prime Minister Mr. Piet De Jong arrived in London tonight (Sunday) for talks with Prime Minister Wilson on Britain's relations with the European Common Market. The two Prime Ministers will be assisted in their two day talks, which open tomorrow, by their Foreign Ministers, Dr. Joseph Luns, and Mr. George Brown. Mr. Brown was at Northolt airport, near London, to greet the Dutch leaders.

    The Dutch and British Ministers will discuss the Franco-West German plan to bring Britain closer to Common Market membership and the existing Benelux proposals for closer political and economic cooperation between the six-nation Common Market and countries applying for membership.

    Other topics in the Anglo-Dutch talks are expected to include: East-West relations. NATO questions, the Vietnam War, the Middle East and a host of United Nations problems.
