    HE FLEW INTO LONDON AIRPORT FROM RANGOON, WHERE HE GROUNDED OFF A MONTH-LONG TOUR OF THE FAR EAST. HE IS MAKING A WORLD TRIP ON BEHALF OF THE ARAB LEAGUE TO EXPLAIN ARAB OBJECTIONS TO ISRAEL'S SCHEME TO DIVERT THE RIVER JORDAN.
