    PRESIDENT YOULOU WAS RETURNING FROM PARIS, WHERE INFORMED SOURCES SAID HE WAS TRYING TO GAIN THE EXPULSION OF UNITED NATIONS' EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL FROM HIS TERRITORY, THE FORMER FRENCH CONGO.

    OBSERVERS SAID THAT ON THE PRESIDENT'S ARRIVAL THERE WERE NO UN PLANES AT THE AIRPORT, A DIRECT RESULT OF THE JOURNEY TO PARIS.
