    Governor George Wallace, of Alabama yesterday (Wednesday) captured more than 30 per cent of the Democratic vote in Wisconsin's primary elections. He polled more than a quarter of a million votes, but claimed that his support, which was more than twice as many as had been expected, was a "victory" against the Civil Rights Bill now before the Senate.

    Governor John Reynolds of Wisconsin won the Primary with twice as many votes as Governor Wallace.
