Background: The Lagos Based Ibo tribe Administrator for Enugu and the Liberated Areas of the East Central State (Biafra) Mr. Ukpabi Asika today held a gettogether party for some of the Orphans and the Widows of Biafra who were brought down to Lagos for shelter.
