    Mr. Khrushchev, last of the heads of state to go home after the Summit fiasco, left East Berlin airport for Moscow May 21. East German troops paraded before the Soviet leader and Herr Ulbricht. Defense Minister Malinovsky waved with the Soviet leader in the doorway of the aircraft. Both men carried bouquets.

    Communist leader Ulbricht excused the absence of E.German Premier Grotewohl - indisposed. Between marching and counter-marching, Khrushchev in a speech repeated his charge against the U.S. for torpedoing the Summit.

    East Berlin Communist youth in trim uniform dress and pigtails gave bunches of flowers to the Russian party. Then K climbed the gangway to the plane, turned to wave with his bouquet. At the bottom of the gangway - Malinovsky. K beckoned, the Marshal climbed up an side by side - as in Paris - Prime Minister and Defence Minister took their leave.
