    President Ahmadou Ahidjo of the Cameroum Republic arrived in Geneva yesterday (Sunday) to address the 53rd general assembly of the International Labour Organisation (I.L.O.). The organisation, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary, is holding the meeting at its headquarters in the Swiss city.

    President Ahidjo was greeted at Geneva airport by Mr David a. Morse, the Director-General of the I.L.O. A number of African and other officials were also on hand at the airport to greet President Ahidjo.

    According to an official communique, President Ahidjo will leave Geneva on Wednesday (18 June).

    Other dignitaries who have spoken at the I.L.O. conference include Pope Paul VI, President Kenneth Kaunda of Zambia and Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia.
