    Background: Commonwealth countries are to help each other more in education.......by providing scholarships, for instance, and training more teachers, scientists and engineers. The plans were laid at the Commonwealth Education Conference which ended at Oxford today. The conference was the first of its kind and was attended by over a hundred education experts. The Chairman was Sir Phillip Morris who's been questioned by Leonard Parkin.
