THE SCHOOL HAS FOUR NEW ZEALAND TEACHERS ON ITS STAFF. MR. HUG HENDERSON, HAS BEEN THE HEADMASTER SINCE ITS INCEPTION. HE WAS FORMERLY HEADMASTER OF THE NAPIER BOYS' HIGH SCHOOL IN NEW ZEALAND.

RECENTLY, SEVERAL MORE TEACHERS FROM NEW ZEALAND HAVE JOINED THE SCHOOL. THEY ARE UNDER COLOMBO PLAN. THE SCHOOL HAS THREE HUNDRED PUPILS.

MOST OF THE NEWLY-ARRIVED TEACHERS ARE ENGAGED IN TEACHING MAINLY THE FIFTH AND SIXTH FORM CLASSES. THE LOWER CLASSES ARE CONDUCTED BY LOCAL TEACHERS, SOME OF THEM TRAINED IN NEW ZEALAND.

AT PHYSICAL TRAINING TIME, THE MUCH HEALTHIER STUDENTS ARE TAUGHT GYMNASTICS, WHILE OTHERS TAKE TO THE FIELD FOR A GAME OF RUGBY. THESE 'CLINICS' ARE CONDUCTED BY MESSRS. DAVID FISHER AND HUGH HENDERSON RESPECTIVELY.
