    OFFICIATING AT THE CEREMONY WAS THE REVEREND FAT HO, PRESIDENT OF THE HONG KONG BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. AS HIGH MONK, HE BLESSED THE COUPLE AND THEN PLACED ON THEM RED MATRIMONIAL RIBBONS EMBROIDERED WITH "GOOD LUCK" VERSES FROM THE BUDDHIST CLASSICS.

    THROUGHOUT THE 35-MINUTE CEREMONY, BUDDHIST HYMNS WERE SUNG BY A 10-MEMBER CHOIR.
