    Rhodesian Patriotic Front co-leader Robert Mugabe has implicated South Africa in the Rhodesian bombing of a black nationalist training school in Angola, which killed almost two hundred people. Mr. Mugabe told a new conference that Rhodesia does not have the type of planes, or the manpower to carry out such a raid and said his information indicated South Africa had lent the planes to Rhodesia. Speaking in Nairobi, Kenya on Tuesday (27 February), Mr. Mugabe was asked if he knew of any specific South African involvement in the raid.

    SYNOPSIS: Mr. Mugabe then spoke about the motivation of the people involved in the conflict in southern Africa.
