SYNOPSIS: In Santiago on friday twenty five students wore arrested in anti-government riots.

But there were no reports of any serious injury. On Tuesday six militants received gunshot wounds in similar rioting.

The rioting followed an Education Ministry decision to postpone students's winter holidays. The month-old transport strike has prevented many students, who travel by bus, from getting to their classes.

The rioting has been one of the factors contributing to the political uncertainty that has plagued Chile in recent months.

President Allends is at present trying to form a new cabinet, following the resignations of the Commanders of the Army and air Force.

The new cabinet, when it is formed, will be Dr. Allende's tenth since coming to power 33 months ago. And it is the second major re-shuffle in less than three weeks.
