The religious holiday Epiphany, was marked by the followers of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church here to-day throughout the country. With a mass gathering of clergy and worshippers in the capital Jan Meda field. The three-day celebrations, held annually to mark the baptism (Te???t) of Christ by St. John the baptist, in the Jordan river.
The Epiphany was attended by Patriarch of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, and by??? thousands of the Ethiopian church followers, The final days ceremony included a mass baptism from a holy pond by the Patriach of the Ethiopian Orthodox churches.
