    Background: Delhi faces the worst ever flood in its history as the water level of Jamuna river reaches a new height. The water has started entering the colonies of Delhi and has submerged Delhi Punjab Highway at many places. The army has been called to evacuate the ma??roned villagers and to help the civilian authorities in plugging hreaches. According to latest reports the water is further rising and will have its magnitude fel??? from tomorrow onwards.

    The flood victims carrying their belongings are leaving the flooded areas and the local administration has opened many relief camps..
