NO FATALITIES WERE REPORTED IN THE CITY, BUT SEVERAL DEATHS ARE FEARED IN OUTLYING AREAS. MEANWHILE, KANSAS AUTHORITIES HAVE WARNED THAT SOME NEARBY RIVERS ARE NEARING THE DISASTER LEVELS OF 1951 WHEN THE CITY SUFFERED A BILLION-DOLLAR FLOOD.
