Background: This unusual school operates in Moscow every summer. Its pupils are people of various ages and professions coming from many countries of Europe to study Russian.
Today is a special occasion - the studies are over.
On behalf of the Soviet society for cultural links with foreign countries the students of the school are greeted by Viacheslav Tokmakov.
For three weeks school students, college undergraduates, teachers, housewives from Italy, France, Belgium and some other countries studied under the instruction of experienced teachers, learned about the history of the Soviet Union and made trips to Vladimir, Suzdal and Leningrad...
The Soviet teachers were warmly thanked on behalf of the foreign tourists by delegation leaders from Britainand Italy, Stephen Jolley and Mariella Cinquegrani, for their help in studying Russian.
All the students were presented with certificates of graduation from the school, special badges and gifts.
...And later Russian songs sounded for a long time in the hall.
