The two sons General Sir Francis Festing, Chief of Imperial General Staff, were in the passing out parade at Sandhurst reviewed by their father, Dec. 18. There were 700 cadets in the parade which marked the end of the two years training for 200 of them.

General Festing was deputising for the Queen. Cadets marched past the dais in slow and quick times. After the salute, the General handed over the Sword of Honour to College Senior Officer N.J.
