On Sunday, he told the crowd that friendly relationships must continue between Central African countries. He said they must fight imperialism and aggression. PAUSE FOR 3 SECONDS (CUE 42ft/1:07) President Ngouabi received several congratulatory messages, including one form the Vietnamese President, Ton Duc Thang.
