    THE COAST GUARD IN NEW YORK SAYS IT HAS STILL RECEIVED NO INFORMATION ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE MISSING SAILING CRAFT 'NINA', A 40-TON REPLICA OF ONE OF THE SHIPS USED BY CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS. FREIGHTERS, NAVAL VESSELS AND AIRCRAFT HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE 'NINA' ALONG ITS PLANNED ROUTE FROM SOUTHERN SPAIN TO THE BAHAMAS. SO FAR NO SIGHT OF THE BOAT AND ITS SEVEN-MAN CREW. THE 'NINA'S' TRIP WAS SPONSORED BY THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT TO MARK THE ORIGINAL VOYAGE OF COLUMBUS. THE 'NINA' WAS LAST SEEN LEAVING THE CANARY ISLAND OCTOBER 10th AND SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED IN THE BAHAMAS 10 DAYS AGO, 16 NOVEMBER.
