HE SAWS CIVIL DEFENCE OFFICIALS SIT WITH NORAD COMMANDERS AND ARE AWARE AS SOON AS NORAD IS OF INTENDING ATTACK TO ISSUE WARNING.

    MONTEITH SAYS THIS IS THE SIXTH LIASON CONFERENCE AND THERE SHOULD BE OTHERS IN THE FUTURE.
