Mr. Paul-Henri Spaak, NATO Secretary General, arrived by air this afternoon in Athens coming from Ankara for a three-day official visit as guest of the Greek Government. Mr. Spaak will have talks with Greek Premier Constantine Karamanlis and Foreign Minister Evangelos Averof, on matters concerning NATO affairs.
