    In Rhodesia the leader of one of the three African groups involved in the internal settlement talks has said there is now a chance of a new government being recognised by the outside world. Reverend Ndabaningi Sithole, leader of the Black Nationalists also stressed the transition administration leading to black rule must be dominated by black. Reverend Sithole has recently had talks in London with British Politicians on the internal settlement plans and in an interview in Salisbury on Tuesday (28 February) he outlined their reactions.

    SYNOPSIS: The reaction of Mr. Joshua Nkomo, joint leader of the Patriotic Front guerrilla alliance, was difference. Speaking from Lusaka in Nambia on Monday (27 February) he gave this interview.
