Background: We regret that it was not allowed to enter the court as photographer or cameraman though spectators were admitted. As the police-car (with the connected Joklik) was completely closed (without glasswindows) and Joklik got out of the car behind shut doors it was unfortunately an impossible to show him in the picture. Also of Bengal and Heide Gorke none of the about twenty photographers was able to get a picture because they are supposed to have left the court together with Joklik in the police-car.
