TRANSCRIPT (SEQ 2): MRS. NORTH: "We are pleased with what has been accomplished in these three short months but we are far from satisfied that everything that could be done is being done and we have no intention of letting up the pressure, even for one minute, until all of our men are identified, accounted fro, and ultimately set free. Today we have scattered on the steps of this historic building to launch another offensive. This morning our members will be going from these steps to the offices of every single member of the House and Senate with an individual pledge card for the member to sign.

"The card reads: 'As a Member of the United States House of Representatives or U.S. Senate, I pledge that as long as I continue to occupy my present position of trust and responsibility I shall do everything within my power to secure the protection of the Geneva Convention for United States citizens who are missing and prisoners of war in South East Asia'.

"Our members throughout the country will ask all of the candidates of all parties for all officers at all levels of government to sign similar pledges. We are determined to show North Vietnam and her allies that our elected officials and all candidates for elected offices are not only willing but determined to go to bat for our men."
