    CHIANG TOLD NEWSMEN AFTER HIS MEETING WITH THE PRESIDENT THAT HE THINKS COMMUNIST CHINA STILL HAS A LONG WAY TO GO BEFORE IT CAN BECOME AN ATOMIC POWER. HE SAID IT WOULD BE IN THE INTEREST OF THE FREE WORLD TO PREVENT THAT DAY FROM COMING.
